ONE CORE ARCHITECTURE
One Cell. A Platform of Possibilities.
At the heart of Binova’s systems is a proprietary treatment cell.
Its resonance-based architecture generates controlled cavitation and nanobubbles without relying on a conventional high-pressure feed pump or restrictive cavitation components such as venturis or rotor-stators.
~ Resonance-Based Treatment
Binova describes hydroxyl-radical generation and oxygenation as part of its treatment approach. Performance is evaluated against each system’s water conditions and objectives.
~ Designed for Integration
The core treatment process requires no chemical dosing, filters, or consumables. Where a site requires filtration, residual disinfection, or other treatment stages, Binova can be assessed as part of the wider treatment strategy.

Cell-Based Architecture
A proprietary treatment cell forms the foundation of the platform.

Modular Configuration
The same core architecture is adapted for tanks, floating deployments, submerged environments and pipelines.

Simplified Mechanical Design
One moving component per device, with configuration around the application.

From Cell Activation To Water Treatment.
One Core Technology.
Four Treatment Stages.
The same core mechanism powers Binova’s product range, with each platform configured for a different water environment.
01
Cell Activation
Treatment Starts at the Core.
Binova’s proprietary cell initiates the resonance-based treatment process directly within the water.
02
Pressure Waves
Excite the Water Directly.
The cell generates repeating pressure waves through the surrounding water, supporting controlled cavitation without a venturi or rotor-stator.
03
Controlled Cavitation
Create an Active Treatment Environment.
Microscopic cavitation bubbles form and collapse. Binova describes hydroxyl-radical generation as part of this process, supporting its oxidation and microbial-management applications.

Evaluate the Results in Your Water.
The treatment process acts on microorganisms within the treatment zone. Performance is assessed through bacterial counts and other water-quality measures agreed for the application.

Built in the Field. Measure in the Water.
Binova’s technology development combines independent characterisation, microbiological testing and field deployment.
Each provides evidence about a different aspect of the platform, from reported particle sizes to treatment outcomes under particular operating conditions.

97%
Fish Survival
Recorded in a documented aquaculture trial using Binova treatment, compared with 3% survival in the untreated control under the reported trial conditions.

~99%
CFU Reduction
A Mazu discovery trial reported approximately a 2-log reduction in viable Vibrio counts after 24 hours, following five minutes of treatment.
Results relate to the reported test conditions and device configuration.

75 – 100 nm
Independent Characterisation
Nanobubble size characterised through a SUTD / NAMIC-funded study using ZetaView nanoparticle tracking analysis.

18+ Months
Fish Deployment
Development-partner deployment in a Singapore land-based RAS environment.
Results relate to specific trials, operating conditions, and configurations. Performance may vary by application.
